Our second workshop in our Meet the Maker series was with textile designer and fashion illustrator Helen Bullock. Her signature expressive and painterly illustrative style has earned her collaborations with everyone from Anthropologie to Louis Vuitton.

We invite you to join us as we host tote bag, paper and t-shirt printing drop in sessions through out the day. You will also have the chance to see what our members have been working on since we opened in January. You’ll be able to take part in live paper printing, paper cut screen printing, screen print you’re own Gal-dem t-shirt and make a cyanotype. We will be hosting workshops with artists Hello Ditto and Alex Poyner.

Her bold typographical paste ups championing self love and empowerment have adorned the walls of Peckham Levels as part of a series of commissions and we cant wait to welcome her into 3rd Rail Print Space.
Fairbairn and Wolf is a textiles design studio specialised in screen/digital printing designs and fabric developments for both fashion and interior Industries. The studio has worked with some of the world’s leading fashion brands since they began in 2015, including Gap, Karen Millen and Vera Wang. We joined up with the 3rd Rail Print Space members for a chat about their upcoming work and what inspires them.

After a being successfully funded through Kickstarter we have opened our doors for the first time on 25th January 2018. Having welcomed over 500 visitors last week, our studio is now officially open. We loved meeting everyone who stopped by our space and for all those who didn’t manage to catch the event here are a few photos taken by the talented Sabela Peinado over the course of the launch night.
Peckham Levels is now open! Thanks to everyone who made it down to the launch party on Friday and stopped by our screen printing station, we hope you enjoyed the event as much as we did! The venue was bursting with amazing food and drink from independent traders, pop up events, exhibitions and talks. Our Kickstarter has launched! After raising enough for rent and bills we experienced a shortfall in trying to cover refurbishment costs. With the launch fast approaching we’ve decided run a Kickstarter to raise the additional £10,000 needed to make this print dream a reality.
We’re 3rd Rail Print Space and we’re launching London’s biggest open access screen printing facility in the heart of Peckham. The 4000sqft unit will combine paper, fabric and t-shirt printing along with desk and private studio spaces. Our dream is to build a comprehensive print hub and modern learning environment capable of facilitating everyone from curious novices to seasoned print professionals.
